Experience: Simon joined Honan in early 2020 assuming roles in communications and partnerships, and as head of client development and strategic initiatives. In his current position as Head of BRIC, Simon oversees the Builders, and Transport and Logistics areas. 

Before joining Honan, Simon spent 20 years at Mercedes-Benz Australia Pacific, assuming various senior positions including in partnership and brand strategy, customer experience, and head of corporate office for numerous CEOs, responsible for organisational improvement and customer first initiatives.  

Experience: Michele has returned to the workforce after spending time concentrating on her young family. Prior to this she worked in Corporate Actions, project managing ASX Top 200 clients. Michele also has significant experience in the banking and finance industry. Her demonstrated experience in this area of work helps support her entry into the Construction and Warranty insurance space; forming relationships with industry participants. 

Michele's calm and holistic approach to work and life assists in accommodating tight insurance deadlines for her clients.

Experience: Brooke has a rich experience in Builders Warranty and Eligibility, ranging across several states and Insurers, Including the VMIA in VIC, QBE in ACT, S.A and W.A, and historically, HBCF/Icare in NSW. Brooke also has experience in Commercial Structural Defects and works across a range of clients from wholesale brokers to direct clients, building and growing positive and cooperative relationships. 

Brooke is a keen Cyclist, keeping up to date with all the “Tour de cycles”.

Experience: Chitra has over 6 years Domestic Building Insurance experience, with excellent relationships with underwriters (QBE, VMIA & HBCF) while providing favourable outcomes for her clients.

Her significant technical expertise in the home warranty product gives her a great foundation to manage the needs of large corporate clients.
