Important update for builders in South Australia:  Premium increases to Building Indemnity Insurance (Builders Warranty) in South Australia.

QBE has advised that Building Indemnity Insurance (Builders Warranty) for all construction categories (excluding multi rates) in South Australia will increase by 4% effective 1 September 2022.

The new premiums will apply to all Building Indemnity policies paid and issued on or after 1st September 2022. .

To have your application processed before 1st September 2022, please lodge it by 5pm on the 26 of August 2022.

Applications submitted after this time may not be processed, and the increased rates will apply.
